为庆祝中华人民共和国成立75周年,弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化,更好地体现中林集团践行国之大者,建设美丽中国的使命担当,提高厨师团队的专业技能和创新意识,将“中林好食材”进行文化、品牌推广,中林集团中林商服特举办“庆祖国75周年华诞,展烹饪技能大比拼”活动,共同庆祝祖国母亲伟大生日。

本次技能比拼设置了凉菜、热菜、面点三个赛道,来自中林餐厅及企业所属晏徽宴、千岛湖鱼味馆(北土城店)及千岛湖鱼味馆(新兴桥店)四家单位的厨师团队精心筹备、潜心研发,向大家传递了对美食文化的热爱与尊重。
